A Family Villa designed by a Family

Akasha is a villa designed by a family for families. Its not often that you come across a modern villa where there is something for all ages. When the villa was just a concept, input was received from all ages to make sure everyone was looked after when they rent this luxury Caribbean villa.

So what did they all want. Everyone wanted a pool, large bedrooms, quality showers and views. So we specified an infinity pool, four en-suites each with a dressing area, each bathroom with twin showers and large window openings and where possible light coming in from two different directions.

The not so young wanted to have a bedroom on the main living level, easy access to the main floors, a kitchen suitable for the family to sit around and comfortable seating. At this family villa you will find a large bedroom suite on the same level as the Great room, an elevator which gives access to three levels, a huge modern kitchen with all the appliances (including a TV) and seating for 6 and large Italian leather sofas where you can kick off your sandals and relax.

The younger members of the family wanted to be entertained, have somewhere special to chill and somewhere they could have fun without the grown ups. So this family villa includes TVs, speakers in the bathrooms, the ability to play your Ipod anywhere in the house, a home theater to watch movies, and a Games room where you can play pool, poker, ping pong or cards.

So this really is a family villa where any family renting the villa with youngsters will be sure to find something for all the family. A family villa in the Caribbean which offers something for all ages.
