St. Lucia Awarded for Being a Honeymoon Destination

The World Travel Awards is a red-carpet ceremony that recognizes tourism brands and travel professionals throughout the Caribbean and North America. The award ceremony occurred after the 37th annual Caribbean Travel Marketplace, which was hosted at the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association.
Mrs. Howard, the CEO of the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority stated it is an honor to be recognized as a tourist destination, but even more as a honeymoon locale for destination weddings. The island is committed to providing excellent service and a romantic setting.
According to the statistics, St. Lucia saw a 5% increase in honeymoon arrivals over 2017.
